About The Position
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Night Shift, 6 : 45pm - 7 : 15am, 3x12 (36 hrs / week)
Required Certifications : RRT, OR state licensure, BLS, NRP (preferred)
Scrub Attire : Scrubs; no facial piercings other than ears; tattoos must be covered
Floating Requirements : Will work for Respiratory Therapy throughout the hospital as needed
EMR Used : EPIC
Relevant Skills : Breathing treatments, secretion mobilization, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intubation assistance, blood gas analysis, obtaining EKGs
Unit Size : 12-14 treatments per 4-hour round or 4-5 ventilators
Bed Size : Not specified
RTO (Request Time Off) : Must disclose if needed
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios : N / A
Additional Comments : 12 hours of non-billable orientation for the first work week; guaranteed hours
