We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN / RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values.
We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 20-year-old female in his home.

Details for this client's case : - Case is located Edina, MN - 20 yr. old female- SMA- Trach / Vent- GT Dependent- Week 1 Mon, Wed, and Thurs 8am - 5pm Week 2 Mon, Wed, and Thurs 8am - 5pmResponsibilities : - Administer nursing care to client- Help maintain patients' treatment plan- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and / or behaviors- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Provide advice and support to patients and their family membersQualifications : - Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients- RN or LPN Minnesota License- Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsBenefits : - ICHRA Program- Supplemental Group Insurance available- PTO- Flexible SchedulingSalary : $27.
