D rop and hook at the shipper, live unloads by appointments , and backhauls to CA. Drivers must have East Coast to West Coast experience . >
Responsibilities : >
Team driving position for transporting from Carson, CA >
Drop and hook at shipper; live unload at destination >
Run routes to Carlisle, PA, Northampton, PA, Lebanon, TN, Austin, TX and Clayton, IN >
Backhaul to CA and repeat the process >
Must be willing to team >
Schedule : >
4 weeks out on the road, 7 days home-time >
Compensation & Benefits : >
Guaranteed weekly 5000 miles with $ 1,8 00 per driver, W2 pay structure . >
80CPM after 5500 miles >
Direct deposit every Friday >
Mileage varies between 5 ,000 to 6, 2 00 miles per week >
Minimum Hiring Requirements : >
Must have 18 months of CDL experience with 1 year of OTR experience >
Valid CDL-A license >
Must have East Coast to West Coast driving experience for one consistent 1 year. >
Must be at least 23 years old >
Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the last 5 years >
Ability to chain tires when necessary >
Must domicile in or 200 miles radius of Carson CA . >

Late model Freightliners (2020-2024), Automatic Transmissions >
Orientation : >
Virtual orientation lasting 3-5 hours, following a completed drug test >
