Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Has responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

- Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
- Contributing to the design and development of some facet of a fielded collection system.
- Understanding signal process flow from sensor to follow-on processor.
- Understanding concepts of signal acquisition, sampling, demodulation, and decoding.
- Experience working with Java, C / C++, OSGi / Karaf, Angular, VS Code, Eclipse, Python, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Understanding networking technologies like TCP / IP and UDP multi-cast.
- Basic Linux system administration experience.
- Knowledge of Web based technologies.
