Aspen Medical is seeking Clinical Psychiatrist for a remote telehealth opportunity supporting active-duty military service members.
Requirements : Education
Education
MD or DO degree and completion of ACGME accredited 4-year Residency.
License :
A current, active, valid, unrestricted license to practice Psychiatry independently, offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction.
Experience :
Two years of post-graduate experience as a clinical psychiatrist using virtual platforms to perform bio-psychosocial evaluations, develop behavioral health treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy.
The preferred candidate will have experience administering Active-Duty Profiles, performing Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) evaluations, performing fitness for duty determinations, and using virtual platforms within the Military Health System.
Certifications :
Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Must maintain current board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

If selected for this position, you will be required to attend a 2 week in-person training course in San Antonio, Texas. Transportation and Accommodation will be provided.
