Busy real estate office whose expertise is in multi-family apartment buildings that is in need of an experienced receptionist to assist the COO and office staff with daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
We are seeking a technologically savvy individual with the ability to use a computer and standard Office programs proficiently, while multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, work under the pressure of competing multiple projects and changing priorities, and must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.
The candidate must have experience in fielding calls, directing them to the proper department, and be able to deal with all patrons and callers in a professional, cheerful manner while maintaining etiquette in the middle of a project or assignment.
Position will report directly to the COO.
Previous experience working in a real estate / legal office is necessary.
