What we expect from you
Overseeing operations, you will develop and mentor your teamand ensure a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring andreinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals,maintaining QSC standards, and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
The General Manager must be able to perform each thefollowing essential functions :

- Must be able to take and provide direction and work wellwith others
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment andaccomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
