A health services network in New York is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their facilities in Manhattan as an Assistant Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities :
The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) will be responsible for :
- Overseeing the day-today operation of the nursing operations
- Providing guidance, training, ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff
- Serving as a Clinical and Administrative resource for the staff
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of related Nursing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in a Leadership and / or Supervisory role
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
