Values agents get from Markarian Realty
- We set appointments for you mostly buyers and some sellers as many as you can handle
- We provide direct lead calls to you from Zillow leads and other 3rd party lead sources.
- You don't have to spend on marketing. Most of our agents spent zero on marketing.
- Broker Vic is available. 100% support
- We have 4 ISA’s admins and customer service helping you and your clients.
- No office monthly or desk fees.
- We provide buyer and seller presentation
- Specialty weekly training including twice-per-month training from a Zillow representative, Contact management representative and great real estate coach.
Compensation :
$140,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
- Engage actively and follow up with potential leads in Glendale, CA to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify and nurture new prospects within our team's designated regions to drive business growth
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their housing preferences and needs, facilitating successful transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales potential
- Create well-structured purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process
Qualifications :
- A track record of recent sales within the past 6 months is required
- Display self-motivation and proficiency in utilizing the MLS for property searches, conducting CMAs, and drafting purchase and sale agreements
- Demonstrate strong empathy and relationship-building skills with diverse personalities
- Must be a resident of Glendale, California
