Hours : 8 : 00 am- 5 : 00 pm
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Technical Service / Inside Sales Representative to join a stable manufacturer in Broadview, IL.
We are looking for someone with experience quoting parts for industrial manufacturers preferably with expertise in transmissions, gears, motors, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing Inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Providing quotations.
- Receiving purchase orders and conducting contract review before entering the orders.
- Email and phone communication with requests from customers. Including : Quotes, Requests for Certs, Shipping, Updates, Order Status Reports, Claims, Expedite Requests, etc.
- Quote Follow-Up & Documentation
Qualifications :
- Technical Associate / Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience quoting mechanical parts / components
- Comfortable speaking to customers through email and phone
- Experience identifying parts
- Ability to read blueprints or engineering drawing
- Comfortable working with numbers / measurements
