Outsource is currently looking for a Project Coordinator for a great direct hire opportunity in San Diego, CA. This is an immediate opportunity.
This position requires working on site.

Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator. Experience in the Low Voltage or Electrical Industry a plus.
- Experience assisting Leads and Project Managers with day to day project administrative functions.
- Experience with ordering, tracking and receiving materials.
- Ability to track time to the cost of the job.
- Create submittal packages.
- Assist Project Managers with invoicing, billing, contracts and scheduling.
- Experience tracking project costs including materials and labor hours.
- Must be able to help set project objectives, priorities and deliverables and track these items.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects / tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel.
- Strong math skills.
