A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success (Lease).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the customer success team to drive scalability and growthBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and act as a point of contact for escalated issuesAnalyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for proactive supportRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferably in accounting or finance6+ years of experience in account management or customer success in a B2B SaaS company4+ years of experience leading a customer success team with a $40M portfolio of ARRExperience with Salesforce and other CRM / Customer Success platformsKnowledge of real estate and / or equipment leasing / accounting processes is preferred
