- Work Dates Needed : ASAP 3 month assignment
- Preferred Schedule : M-F 8a-5p (prefer FT, but will consider part-time candidates)
- Worksite Setting : Family Practice - MD / DO - Prefer providers who can see all ages, but can make it work for just Adult patients.
