As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our future product line and ecosystem by overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life and working directly with the technical engineering team and studio.

Your expertise in product development, management, and cross-functional collaboration will be critical in ensuring the seamless execution and market success of our cutting-edge products.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role in the technology or automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
• A track record of successfully launching and managing products in a dynamic and competitive market.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.

Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy and Planning :
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
• Determine technology readiness and development roadmaps.
• Product Development and Management :
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring product design, specifications, and development meet the highest standards.
• Oversee and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing, to drive seamless product development and delivery.
• Partner directly with engineering teams, and use engineering first principles to inform risks, timelines, and product plans.
• Project Management :
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for product development initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during product development and propose effective solutions.
• Market Launch and Distribution :
• Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to develop launch strategies for new products.
• Identify and establish critical relationships with contract manufacturing partners to realize new products for mass production.
• Coordinate with internal distribution, sales platforms, and online storefront resources to ensure products are efficiently delivered to customers.
• Product Lifecycle Management :
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from inception through production, release, and eventual end-of-life planning.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, upgrades, and modifications to enhance customer satisfaction and meet market demands.
• Manage product-related risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
