Job Details
- Responsibilities include :
- Preparing patients and equipment for procedures, and explaining the process to patients
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and heart rhythm during exams and treatments
- Circulating during procedures, and assisting electrophysiologists with diagnostic tests and interventions
Job Requirements
- Must be AHA.
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
- Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
- Exam and answer key found in Document Library.
- Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts.
- www.ascension.org / CWRnursingorientation - The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours needs to be uploaded by the Agency.
