We're looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to drive sales, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce environment, with a specific focus on Service Cloud.
You will work closely with business stakeholders across the Client Services, Digital and Technology teams, as well as with third parties, to ensure Salesforce aligns with our evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud functionalities to optimize our customer service processes.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and custom fields to streamline workflows.
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for improved decision-making.
- Manage data quality and integrity through data cleansing and deduplication.
- Establish and maintain system integrations with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amazon Connect and other third-party applications.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce data management (cleanse, deduplicate, import / export).
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards (Salesforce Reports & Dashboards or Tableau).
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (workflows, process builders, approval processes).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect Preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (AdminCert) a plus.
- ITIL certification a plus
