As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growing sales team. You'll oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns, ensuring they meet both client objectives and company goals.

Your ability to build strong relationships, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional results will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution : Work with your designated client contact to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns, your role will be to support strategy, budget management, and timeline development.
  • Project Management : Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within scope and budget.
  • Team Leadership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition efforts.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re an experienced Project Manager and independent thinker, who thrives in a highly entrepreneurial, but process-driven, environment.

You flourish with organization & detail : developing status docs, critical paths, budget trackers, and project plans.

You can effectively communicate via written and verbal communication, including the ability to identify and report back what is happening in the market and retailers to our client team.

You love working in a team environment. You’re highly collaborative and are comfortable working closely with clients, and internal departments across seniority levels to produce the best work.

You’re a creative problem solver with a knack for thought leadership. There is always a way, and no idea is too far-reaching to explore.

You enjoy new challenges daily, as no day is exactly the same.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
