Salary : $36 / hr

Are you adependable plumberwho takes pride in quality workmanship and solving problems efficiently?We want you on our team to help keep our clients' properties running smoothly and safely.

What Youll Do

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential and multifamily properties
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce costly repairs
  • Handle water lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
  • Respond promptly to urgent plumbing calls
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience(residential / multifamily preferred)
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Reliable and self-motivated with your own tools and transportation
  • Valid drivers licenseand clean driving record

    • Nice to Have

  • State plumbing license or certification
  • Experience working in occupied units
  • Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of other trades (HVAC, electrical, etc.)

  • Struggle with time management or consistent attendance
  • Are uncomfortable working independently or taking initiative
  • Cut corners or overlook safety and quality standards
  • Have difficulty communicating clearly with residents or team members
