As a Recruiter , you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for 20+ requisitions across various departments.
This role requires someone who can work independently, efficiently, and proactively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process-from initial outreach to onboarding.

Description
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Work independently to handle 20+ open requisitions simultaneously across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience by providing regular updates and timely communication.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding coordination.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends to ensure continuous improvement.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with demonstrated success in managing high-volume requisitions.
- Strong experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
This role offers competitive compensation (50-60K) annually, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans and a 401K with a match.
