Description
Apple is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager with a background in marketing operations for subscription based services.
Do you have experience building marketing campaigns and user journeys? Do you enjoy tracking and optimizing campaigns to maximize performance?
Are you passionate about using data to make better decisions? The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing operations and execution.
You have experience in online services and are comfortable with subscription based services at scale. Your primary focus will be to execute on marketing strategies, build and roll out campaigns and track their performance closely.
This role requires a highly motivated self starter who is detail oriented, highly thorough and and passionate about growing Apple Services.
Requirements :
You have prior experience building marketing campaigns and journey flows for subscription based services
You are a great cross-group collaborator working with diverse groups across various departments and geographical locations
You are able to perform under tight deadlines
You are extremely adaptable, with experience working in a business or company where conditions change rapidly
You have experience working with engineering and product teams in implementing new features, providing feedback and requirements on software that powers marketing tools
You are highly data-driven with the ability to pull and analyze data using excel or similar data-analytics tools
You have experience running A / B tests and measuring effectiveness. You are very strong at identifying KPIs and optimizing towards maximizing them
You are a great team player and able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole. You are also fiercely independent when you need to be
You consider yourself a solid blend between strategy and execution from a marketing standpoint
You don’t just question the status-quo but are also able to provide remedial directions
Key Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in digital Marketing operations and subscription based services
Experience with marketing CRMs system such as Salesforce or others
Track record of building and maximizing campaigns to maximize ROI
Experience working in an environment with users at scale and high-stakes
Track record of changing the status-quo with data and strong execution across multiple groups
Great cross-group collaborator, self-starter and big-picture thinker
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization
Experience leading and motivating ICs and / or small teams
