We seek skilled sit-down forklift operators for a local food production company in Franklin, WI.
Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
Day shift hours : 2pm - 10pm M-F plus OT as required
Pay $21.20 / hr
Job Summary :
The Forklift Operator, under general supervision, is responsible for operating a gas or electric-powered forklift truck to move, stack, load, or unload materials, parts, and finished goods.
Essential Job Duties :
- Loads / unloads trucks.
- Uses a forklift to move pallets around the production area, stages packaging materials on the production line, and occasionally loads packaging conveyors with individual cases of product.
- Accesses Oracle and enters information.
- Supports and participates in continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain).
- Consistently performs other duties as required.
