A retail pharmacy focused on wellness products is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a flexible, part-time position in Mount Sinai, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work within a boutique pharmacy environment that combines traditional retail pharmacy services with wellness product offerings.

Location : Mount Sinai, NY

Job Type : Contract

Schedule : Flexible, 2 days per week (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday)

Starting Dates : October 14th and 15th

Pharmacy Hours :

  • Monday-Friday : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
  • Sunday : Closed

Key Responsibilities :

  • Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately
  • Provide patient counseling and medication guidance
  • Manage a prescription volume of 100-150 per day
  • Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

    • Qualifications & Desired Experience :

  • Active and clear New York State Pharmacist License
  • Experience in retail pharmacy setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and safety protocols
  • Local candidates preferred; ideally residing in Suffolk County for easy commuting
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
