Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 to 7, though most units are notcurrently at full capacity.

Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding, patient-centered care toresidents
• Assess and modify medication and treatmentplans
• Train and guide LPNs, CNAs, andadministrative staff
• Contribute to program development and ensureregulatory compliance
• Detect and manage healthcare-associatedinfections

Qualifications :

• ActiveRN license in Massachusetts
• Minimumof 1 year of nursing experience required
• Fullyvaccinated for COVID-19 with at least one booster
• Abilityto commute via car or public transportation
