We meet and exceed our clients’ goals with integrated teams of landscape architects, civil and transportation engineers, environmental and natural resource scientists, surveyors, and construction experts.

We are seeking a landscape architect with project management and construction administration experience, along with the ability to develop business utilizing their existing client and professional network.

Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, lead internal team members and subconsultants, and provide superior client service.

In addition, they must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and possess the ability to manage several major activities at once.

General responsibilities include :

  • Strategic business development utilizing existing and targeted new clients with strong support from the V3 sales team.
  • Preparing proposals and marketing collateral with support from the V3 marketing team.
  • Developing and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Identifying scope creep and communicating the need for contract change orders with clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and leading internal team members and external subconsultants to meet design objectives and achieve project milestones.
  • Preparing cost estimates with support from the V3 construction estimation team.
  • Managing and tracking time and expenses efficiently, and invoicing clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications Desired :

  • B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university is required.
  • Landscape Architect registration with at least five years of practical experience.
  • Project management experience with a variety of landscape architecture project types and scales.
  • Experience with construction administration and contractor oversight on a variety of landscape architecture projects.
  • A network of client and professional contacts from which new business can be developed.
  • A portfolio representing significant involvement in high-quality design work.
