We are searching for a Lead Product Manager to passionately support our Recruiting module and our valuable partners in the Talent Acquisition space.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep domain knowledge of recruiting software and recruiting processes. You are skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and new TA partners, customers, and prospects, as well as internal service, support, and cross-functional product teams.

Experience with partner integrations and UKG Pro product integrations is essential. You know how to gather insights from a diverse group of key stakeholders, customers, and partners, then collaborate with a team to design solutions in an agile software environment.

You are an analytical thinker and problem-solver, a planner and organizer, and a strong communicator (written and verbal).

Most importantly, you are the kind of person who thrives on building great products that solve customer problems and add value (and you know how to have fun while doing it)!

Product Managers at UKG are responsible for managing the technology lifecycle of new software products, features, or enhancements from conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation, and release.

They serve as a liaison between UKG Partner Alliances and the Product Team.

Primary Duties And Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with external partners.
  • Plays a proactive role in product planning through analysis and understanding of target markets, industry trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive intelligence.
  • Defines and manages vehicles for collecting customer feedback with a focus on adoption and delight, leveraging metrics, benchmarks, and usage data on an ongoing basis to see what's working, what's not working, and adjust accordingly;

  • Clearly communicates product vision and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, serving as the subject matter expert on the current state of the product.
  • Thinks imaginatively and intuitively while quickly grasping and synthesizing new ideas and reacting to rapidly changing situations.
  • Inspires teams to build software features that customers love, setting priority / scope for the work to be done in each release without management authority.
  • Ensures that projects remain on-track and in-scope, communicates project status, and escalates potential problems proactively and professionally.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, support, and services.
  • Participates in organizational and customer readiness activities for new product releases.
  • Assists with troubleshooting escalated customer issues.
  • Collaborates with leadership on identification and execution of process improvements.
  • Is obsessed with delivering value to customers!

QualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years working as a Product Manager in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience building integrations with APIs.
  • Experience establishing and supporting successful partner relationships.
  • The ability to be onsite 3 days per week in either our Weston, FL or Atlanta, GA office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering HCM software products.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple concurrent projects that cross functional boundaries and organizational levels to drive results.
  • Comfortable and experienced presenting complex concepts to stakeholders at multiple levels, while guiding individuals with different perspectives to a common outcome.
  • Strong business acumen and internal partnership skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to successfully work independently or within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex functional issues and synthesize new ideas.
  • Completion of Pragmatic Marketing or Silicon Valley Product Group product training.
  • HR Certification(s) (i.e., PHR, SHRM-CP).
