About the Role

We’re seeking a Level 1 Instructional Designer to join our Training Team within the Customer Center. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of instructional design experience who is passionate about building engaging, learner-centered training materials. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain digital learning experiences that support customer service operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and update training content for our customer service systems using Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) or similar e-learning tools.
  • Design engaging, interactive digital courses, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), videos, and microlearning modules.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to transform complex information into clear and effective learning materials.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Create quizzes, assessments, and interactive elements to reinforce learning and track progress.
  • Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback, new processes, or product updates.
  • Utilize Google Suite for collaboration, content management, and documentation.
  • Stay current with instructional design trends, AI-assisted learning tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or training.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise) or similar authoring tools.
  • Experience using Google Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have).
  • Exposure to or experience with AI-based learning tools .
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio or samples of work showcasing e-learning or multimedia training projects.
