Responsibilities :

• Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilise data science expertise to design data solutions that address commerce operations and product challenges, such as supply growth, user growth, and marketplace efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to optimise overall business performance and health.
• Recommend improvements that align with business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a (BS / MS / MBA / PhD) in quantitative fields such as statistics, engineering, economics, etc.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, with expertise in at least one of the following areas : advanced measurement (e.g., causal inference or systems with complex trade-offs), modelling, or optimisation.
• To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, self-driven, and impact-oriented.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience in data science or a bachelor's degree majoring in a quantitative field, such as statistics, is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is strongly preferred.
