Acordis is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The marketing specialist will be involved with the logistics and delivery efforts of our marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Responsible for promoting company services and working with sales team to achieve results.
• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through referral sources on a weekly basis.
• Responds promptly to every telephone call or in-person inquiry from all referral sources.
• Represents the company and increases awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement in the local market.
• Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable to achieve goals.
• Analyze data and use analytics to determine how well a company’s marketing strategies and services are performing.
• You will be responsible for successful efforts coordinating and managing our conference as well as other events with our partners.
• Responsible for launching and successfully driving social media campaigns with our technology partners to increase sales and company visibility.
• Sports Events (ie Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Formula 1) ticket coordination for new and existing prospects.
• Plan and coordinate tradeshows / events; ensure booth design, setup, and video / photography for events to upload to company website, social media, and third-party platforms.
• Lead key initiatives and serve as liaison for customers, vendors and other stakeholders for all marketing related events.
• Prepare reports to present to senior management on a weekly and as needed basis.

Requirements

• Associate degree or better preferred or equivalent work experience in field
• Must have 2 years' work experience directly related.
• Natural leadership and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, confident, and positive phone presence
• Experienced in SEO and analytic tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Qualifications :
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
