You will be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial disputes, from inception through trial, and will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

Job Details

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on contract law.

4. Exceptional litigation skills, including experience in trial advocacy, deposition taking, and motion practice.

5. Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

6. Strong legal research and analytical skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

9. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in commercial disputes.
