The Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant is responsible to ensure that office operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively.
This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the Company’s office supplies, working with vendors, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and looking out for the health and safety of the employees.
Other duties include making sure that the upkeep is on schedule, helping to plan the budget, working to manage the inside areas of the facility, and assigning tasks to the proper vendors for maintaining equipment.

The Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant must exhibit a high level of attention to detail, initiative, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task and a superior ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
This position also provides administrative support to the President and COO, including, but not limited to, coordinating the President’s calendar and organizing appointments.
