About The Position

Job Title : NICU RN

Experience : Minimum of 4 years in a Level III NICU setting

License : Valid nursing license required

Certifications : BLS, NRP

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience
• Experience with patient ratios of 2 : 1
• Proficiency in charting systems, specifically Epic

Description :

The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

This role requires experience providing care to neonates.

The RN will be responsible for various critical tasks, including administering medications and performing assessments.

They will attend high-risk deliveries and provide support for breastfeeding and developmental care.

The RN will also manage arterial lines, central line blood draws, and phototherapy.

They will be expected to handle isolation precautions and support families in understanding their care.

This role does not involve on-call or float requirements.

Candidates must have experience with oxygen delivery systems and thermoregulation.

This position aims to provide high-quality care for neonates, particularly those born prematurely or with complications.
