CNC Programmer

My very best client is looking for a CNC Programmer with Swiss machine competency (Citizen, Starr) who can do some setup.

First a bit about the company.

• They are a high precision CNC machine shop with over 25 years in business. They have the backing of a global partner. They specialize in general CNC machine work including multi-axis CNC turning, CNC Milling and CNC Swiss type screw machining, and precision metal stampings.
• We offer complex CNC machined parts on most generic materials such as bearing steel, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, plastics in a form of rod, forging, casting, extrusions and bar stocks.
• They provide parts with most complete secondary operations and finishes such as special paint / coatings, plating, aluminum anodizing, grinding, heat treating, precision saw cutting, deburring, marking, special packaging, bar coding and repair / replacement parts kitting.
• They are the real deal, only hiring the truly talented and motivated so no one has to be carried, freeing you to excel on your own merits, preferring in person interviews to .
• They don’t have unreasonable goals to hit numbers that are unattainable, playing the corporate churn and burn game. They hire you to retire you desiring consistency and quality, not growth for the sake of dollars alone.
• Their nimble team knows each other’s name and they will know yours. The President is seen daily arriving first and leaving last, but they don’t reflect corporate management cultures, allowing autonomy.
• They would love to find a Mechanical Engineer degree or similar.
• There is an opportunity for advancement to the supervisor in this role, or not. Up to you.
