The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location.

Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES Research, analyze, and report on direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer data trends across multiple brands to gather marketing insights that drive business growth;
  • maintain a customer data platform, data visualization platform, other key reporting tools used by senior-level internal stakeholders for decision-making purposes;
  • collaborate with e-commerce and other marketing analysts to drive and support direct-to-consumer marketing analytics for beauty product branding and wholesaling;
  • define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting parameters to align with project plans, scope, and overall campaign strategies;
  • utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and advanced Excel to gather and organize large volumes of data for customer segmentation, forecasting, cohort analysis, and product sales analysis;
  • conduct CRM performance reporting and dashboarding, with a focus on data capture, repeat purchase / churn rates, and loyalty performance measurement for DTC partnerships;

collaborate with e-commerce stakeholders to develop and run analyses for key projects including campaign reporting, audience segmentation, customer satisfaction, budget forecasting, and product launches for beauty brand development and wholesaling. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Analytics, Econometrics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as Customer Data / Reporting Analyst or in a related role.
  • Experience must include :
  • customer relationship management and direct-to-consumer marketing for retail / wholesale industry;
  • developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and enterprise dashboards using Power BI and Looker;
  • audience segmentation, cohort analysis, and product sales analysis for apparel or beauty sector;
  • developing SQL queries with Oracle SQL to integrate customer data from multiple sources; and
  • predictive analytics and regression analysis for brand market research.
