MARKETING MANAGER (Hybrid / in-office flexibility) — MONTGOMERY, AL

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in marketing, social media content creation, or hospitality revenue management
  • Hands-on content creation / editing (TikTok / Instagram Reels; tools like CapCut, Canva)
  • Familiarity with revenue tools (PriceLabs, AirDNA, property management software) preferred but trainable
  • Strong communication / networking; comfortable representing the brand locally
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing / Hospitality / Communications preferred, not required

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000 plus performance bonuses (target $5,000–$20,000 annually)

    Salary : $40,000 base + bonuses

    Work Hours / Time : Full-time, standard business hours with some evenings / weekends for events or content capture

    Territory : Based in Montgomery, AL, with current properties ranging from Birmingham to Mobile and Pensacola; paid travel to those areas
