MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Title

Develop and maintain metrics to characterize various performance measures of a workforce. Develop requests for personnel actions in support of program effectiveness. Recommend solutions to resolve manning, enlisted classification, and requisition management issues.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is considered Key / Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.

Qualifications :

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Managing and tracking all civilian and military manning to include Fire Emergency Services, Force Protection, and Emergency Management programs; 2) Researching precedent studies to determine past issues, evaluating a variety of data, and preparing reports containing statements of observations; 3) Compiling, analyzing and summarizing manpower and financial data from cost control documents and reports; and 4) Informing management of workforce authorization issues and providing recommendations for action. Education :

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience : Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree OR Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree OR Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
