We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our legal team.

• Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, letters, discovery demands and responses.
• Depositions
• Court appearances
• Negotiating settlements $$$ on behalf of clients involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Qualifications
• New York State bar admission
• Spanish fluency preferred, but not required.
• Prior personal injury or litigation experience preferred, but not required. The higher and more substantial the experience, the higher the pay.
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• MUST BE ORGANIZED, CLEAN, PUNCTUAL, WELL PUT. Chronic lateness or unprofessional / disheveled appearance will not be tolerated.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
