LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Accounting Manager in the Phoenix area. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who will play an integral role on the accounting team, be responsible for implementing effective accounting practices, oversee the accounting staff, and monthly review of financial statement to name a few.
Responsibilities :
- Manage accounting staff
- Oversee monthly financials, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by staff
- Review and complete financial statements by deadlines
- Facilitate yearly CPA engagements for tax and reporting
- Provide accounting guidance and support to various stakeholders (community managers, boards, committees)
Qualifications :
- Experience overseeing and managing an accounting team
- Experience in completing and reviewing financial statements
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required
- CPA, preferred
Skills :
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
Compensation : $80,000-100,000
