Requirements

• Must currently be barred in CA
• 3+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, contracts, and legal documents
• A proven track record of successfully managing and closing high-stakes transactions independently
