About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Days - Flexible Hours Guaranteed Hours : 40 Experience : Minimum of 1 Year License : Required Certifications : Required Must-Have : Ability to perform assigned duties consistent with skills and training for this position.
Job Description : Restore and maximize function for clients.- Facilitate activities of daily living after disabilities have occurred to prevent further restrictions of function.
- Help clients reach their maximum performance level within their capabilities.- Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs.
- Perform duties aligned with the goals and mission of the organization.- Work across designated territories, covering various cities as needed.
- Holiday coverage required. This is a normal urgency position requiring the use of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Electronic Medical Records system.
