Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist

The Helen Ross McNabb Center, a leading provider of behavioral health services based in East Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting families by providing evidence-based support and interventions designed to enhance child development, family health, and internal family systems. Conduct in-home visits to assess family needs and deliver tailored intervention strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans including health, educational, and social components. Coordinate with other social services professionals to connect families with necessary resources. Educate families on child development norms and healthcare needs. Monitor and report on the progress of families and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for caseload management. Provide crisis intervention as needed.
