Business Overview :

ALM Treasury is a Transversal Activity within BNP Paribas Group. ALM Treasury has three operational responsibilities and two prudential mandates.

The three operational responsibilities are the management of the Group's liquidity position, the management of the interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) and the management of the foreign exchange risks.

The prudential mandates refer to the liquidity risks linked to the Group's profile and geographical presence, for which ALM Treasury exercises a responsibility similar to a Group function.

ALM Treasury's mandates consist in assessing the liquidity risks of the Group and protecting the Group's signature.

ALM Treasury overviews the Combined US Operations (also known as "CUSO" which includes the US branches and the Intermediary Holding Company of the Group and its subsidiaries), as well as Canadian and LATAM activities (Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico).

The Executive Assistant will cover the senior leadership teamof ALMT for AMERICAS.

Responsibilities :

Providing services to senior leaders of ALMT, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Calendar Management which includes planning meetings, resolving agenda conflicts, and making the best use of the time of the managers.
  • Expense management and submission formultiple managers
  • Organization of Travels for the managers including flights and hotel reservations but also agenda and meetings preparation
  • Organization of events for ALMT such as seminars, receptions, lunches or dinners
  • Maintenance of certain key ALMT documents such as Organization charts, space planning for the function, etc...
  • Welcoming and organizing visits for VIPs (Bank management, ALMT Management, etc...)

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in facilitating the daily life at the office or during travels of the people he or she is assisting.

He or she needs to be seen as the go-to person for support and quick resolution of issues.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • 5 to 10 years of prior experience in an Executive Assistant Role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Organization skills and relationship skills
  • Time management skills
  • Prioritization skills
  • Proficient with MS office and digital tools
  • Excellent management of confidential and very confidential information
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders of the BNPP organization

Conversational French is a plus but not mandatory

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $84,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic / office location.
