What is Required?
- Current LVN license as required by state
- 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
- Positive attitude
- Dedication to quality patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
Strongly Preferred :
- 1 year of Home Health experience w / Adults and Geriatrics
- HCHB and / or Point Click Care
