- Cath Lab Tech - 4x9 Day
- Four 9 hour shifts (36 HRS)
- 0700-4 : 30PM Four nine hour shifts Monday through Friday : 36 hours weekly
- Start Date : 10 / 14, 10 / 21
- Work Setting Skills Required : Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab
- Work setting Skills preferred : Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures
- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures Required : ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement / Removal, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker
- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures Preferred : Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI)
- Electrophysiology Studies Required Skills : Insertion / Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion
- EP Skills Preferred : Cardiac Ablation
- Procedural Skills Required : Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)
- Procedural Skills Preferred : Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team
- 5 Cases / Day
- Patient population : Adults, Geriatrics
- 2 Years Minimum Experience Required
- Must have 1 prior travel assignment
- Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
- Scrubs Provided; Color : Blue
- Cerner Preferred

- Weekend Shifts : 3- 24 hr. weekend CALL shifts
