Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Your day-to-day tasks may include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, conducting assessments, creating care plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience in home health care or a related field
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess and monitor patients
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
