Our client is seeking an Event Planner Assistant to join their team in Burbank!
- 11am-7pm
- Monday-Friday
- 500 South Buena Vista Street Burbank CA 91521
- Pay $26 / hr.
Responsibilities :
Adding and updating in-person screenings across LA, NY and all regional markets.
Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group for each individual screening
Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists through the Swoogo RSVP software.
Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening including all relevant information needed and assisting the team in updating attendees.
Uploading assets and materials on the website (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.)
Pulling screening RSVPs for the teams ahead of each screening.
Required Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- In the streaming, events background or awards
- Swoogo : RSVP software not required but a plus
- High school or equivalent-AA preferred
