Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team. As an EMT, you will play a crucial role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need. Duties :

• Respond to emergency calls and provide medical assistance at the scene
• Assess patients' conditions and perform physical examinations
• Administer appropriate medical treatments and medications
• Perform airway management, including intubation and ventilation
• Monitor vital signs and provide basic life support
• Assist with patient transportation to medical facilities
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and relay patient information accurately
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment provided

Skills :

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills :

Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy

Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions

Competency in medication administration and dosage calculations

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills :

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable :

Experience in critical care or advanced life support settings

Proficiency in venipuncture for blood draws
