Responsibilities :
- Use your superhuman senses to detect any flaws or imperfections in our groundbreaking technologies.
- Employ your lightning-fast reflexes to conduct rigorous tests and inspections, thwarting any defects before they have a chance to wreak havoc.
- Collaborate with our team of inventors, engineers, and project managers to anticipate potential risks and fortify our products against them as the project goes thru the shop from cradle to grave.
- Leverage your superhuman strength to champion quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement throughout our organization.
- Maintain meticulous records of your heroic exploits, documenting triumphs and challenges alike. so we pass audits with customers and vendors flawlessly.
- Meticulous follow-up and follow-through on all non-conformances in machining, welding, or laser steps.
- Inspire and empower your colleagues to embrace the ethos of quality excellence and strive for greatness in all that they do.
Requirements :
- Must have prior GD&T experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot flaws faster than a speeding bullet in the projects we work on from welding to machining.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is a plus.
- Understanding of Aerospace AS9100 qualifications.
- Superhuman strength in problem-solving and critical thinking, capable of overcoming any obstacle in your path.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts with the clarity and precision of a laser beam.
