Business Systems Analyst

Urgent Opening : Technical Equity Trading BSA Onsite in San Francisco (Day 1 Onsite)

Location : San Francisco, CA (3 days / week onsite must be available from Day 1)

Open to candidates anywhere in the US willing to relocate or work onsite

We are looking for a strong Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Equity Trading systems and deep knowledge of order and trade management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• Solid domain expertise in Equity Order & Trade Management
• Strong programming skills in R (most models are R-based) and SQL
• Ability to understand, enhance, and support equity quant models & data analysis scripts
• Good grasp of trade, order, and TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) data
• Excellent communication & client interaction skills
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco (3 days / week)
