Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse project types, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor.

Proven track record managing multiple project types (e.g., commercial, industrial, institutional).

Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling software, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $48.00 / hr.
