Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and measurable impact to large-scale initiatives? As a Project Manager within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) , you’ll be responsible for leading complex projects that strengthen operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify priorities and align project outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project communications, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain centralized records of all project documentation.
  • Support the creation of best practices that align with organizational standards and future scalability.

    • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate regular check-ins, workshops, and updates to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, data, and communications—to ensure project success.
  • Guide teams through change management processes to ensure effective adoption of new tools or processes.

    • Performance & Reporting

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business impact.
  • Prepare insightful reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend solutions and enhance project performance.

    • Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain strong controls and ensure project governance standards are consistently upheld.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience : 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level projects; background in education, operations, or organizational development is a plus.
  • Certifications : PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
